Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using TypeScript.
- Implement and manage databases, including SQLite, ChromaDB, and LanceDB.
- Develop and optimize REST APIs for seamless integration with our frontend and AI engine.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to design and implement user-friendly features.
- Work with LLM prompting using platforms like OpenAI and Anthropic to enhance AI capabilities.
- Ensure data security and privacy in all backend processes.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality development standards.
- Troubleshoot backend issues and optimize performance.
- Implement strong data structures and algorithms to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with significant expertise in TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and protocols.
- Experience with SQLite, ChromaDB, and LanceDB.
- Familiarity with LLM prompting using OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs.
